Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to arrival date. All bookings not cancelled by this time will be charged one night’s accommodation if we are unable to resell the unit for the period of the cancelled booking. Once checked in, all accommodation must be paid for.

Any early departure with less than 24 hours notice will be charged one nights accommodation as a cancellation fee. All other nights will be charged for, but we will endeavour to resell the unit, and these nights will be refunded onto a credit card. This policy is strictly adhered to.
